We’re approaching the final stages of our programme at Leam Lane, delivering roofing works across 100 homes in partnership with Bell Group.

This scheme goes beyond roof renewals. It’s a full decarbonisation-focused package including new roofs, solar installation, loft insulation and associated electrics - all delivered as one coordinated programme.

A significant project, a collaborative effort, and another example of how we’re evolving to deliver complete, future-ready solutions across social housing.
