🗞️A Quick Note to Our Customers🗞️
Are you currently a customer on our books with a regular cleaning cycle, or have you booked in with us for your first clean?
If you’re unable to commit to your scheduled clean, or you’re currently experiencing financial difficulties and need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance.
This is not a problem in most cases, and we completely understand that circumstances can change. What we do ask is that you communicate with us rather than simply not responding or “ghosting” us, particularly when we can see that our messages have been received and read.
We use different software systems, both mobile and internally, which provide us with accurate information regarding when messages are delivered and read. We mention this only because communication is important to us, and it helps us manage our bookings, staff and time effectively.
We fully understand the pressures of the current cost of living and appreciate that, from time to time, budgets can be tighter than expected. If you still want your clean but don’t currently have the funds available, please speak to us. In many cases, we can work together with you to find a solution, including delaying payment where appropriate, as long as we are kept informed.
We already have many customers who use arrangements like this, and they always communicate with us and settle their balance when they have said they will. We are more than happy to work with customers who are honest and upfront about their circumstances.
Unfortunately, we do also spend a significant amount of time chasing unpaid balances. This creates additional administration and office work that could otherwise be avoided simply through good communication.
We also have many customers who settle their balance immediately, and in some cases even before the work has started, and we really do appreciate those customers and the trust they place in us.
The bottom line is simple: if something has changed, just talk to us. We would much rather work with you to find a solution than have you cancel at the last minute or stop responding.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Kind regards,
Shaun
