My pledge to you is that I will be:

1. Punctual as practicable, each job is salaried not by the hour so in effect its job and knock, however not cut and run. If I finish a job early, then so be it, if I run over, then its my occupational hazard.

2. All jobs

quoted for will be messaged to you rather than on the spot quotes, thus preventing the customer being pressured into making an immediate decision.

4. I don’t charge for advice, If I do not know the answer straight away I will try to find out for you and get back to you.

5. All quotes will be written or sent electronically via social media to comply with trading standards. What I require from you, The Customer.

1. To be civil, polite and courteous in return. Anything below will not be tolerated and violence or intimidating behaviour will potentially result in police involvement.

2. Whilst on your property you have a duty of care towards me, so any slip, trip and fall hazards should be removed prior to my arrival. These include children's toys, animals toys, washing and washing lines etc that may cause obstructions.

3. All faeces to be removed from the area to be worked on. I have refused to cut a garden before because of dog faeces and will refuse again.

4. Payment to be made expeditiously to avoid any unwanted awkward confrontations and bad feeling.

5. If you feel aggrieved in anyway by the standard of work completed I ask that you please approach me in the first instance. If you feel the need to publish a negative comment on Social Media I have no problem with that, everyone is entitled to their opinion and we do not live in a censored society, so long as it does not contain swearing and there are no threats made as this ventures into criminality. I have chosen to put my head above the parapet on social media, so if there are criticisms I have to expect them.
