The successful candidates will join a hardworking and supportive team, working closely with management, office staff and operational teams to help deliver projects nationwide.

As a CHAS Elite and Constructionline Gold accredited contractor, we pride ourselves on professionalism, quality and reliability in everything we do.

Dulwich, Bapchild, Waltham Abbey, Brighton, Hertfordshire, Chelmsford, Heathrow, Wokingham… and back to where it all began, Faversham. 📍

The last few months have been non-stop. Here’s a glimpse of what this week alone has looked like.

Since January, we’ve covered over 20,000 miles, welcomed 3 new employees, invested in new machines (photos coming soon 👀), upgraded our kit, moved into a new yard, and we’re only just getting started.

The foot is firmly on the throttle.

🔥 1 YEAR OF SEL HIGHWAY SPECIALISTS LTD.

12 months ago we launched with one objective — raise the standard.

One year later, we’ve:

▪ Delivered 150,000+ metres of line marking
▪ Laid 250+ tonnes of material laid
▪ Secured council & commercial contracts nationwide
▪ Achieved Constructionline Gold in year one
▪ Expanded plant, equipment and operational capacity
▪ Secured a new yard to support continued growth

It hasn’t all been straightforward.

Growth never is.

There have been pressures, tight turnarounds and serious expectations and we’ve met them head on.

That’s how solid businesses are built.

Year one was about foundations and proving our capability.

Year two is about scale, larger frameworks and pushing the standard even further.

A genuine thank you to our clients, contractors, suppliers and partners who have trusted SEL over the past 12 months.

Your support has driven the growth and we don’t take that lightly.

While a lot of businesses are breaking up for Christmas… we’re still cracking on 👀🚧
Festive spirit on site, standards still high.

This year has taken us further than we expected, with bigger projects, bigger opportunities, and plenty to be grateful for. None of it happens without the clients who trust us, the contractors who back us, and the people around us who support what we’re building.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come — quietly confident, still hungry, and very thankful.
