🔥 COMPLETE BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION 🔥
Another one over the line, and what a project this was!
This bathroom was a massive undertaking, with a complete strip-out taking everything back to the bare bones. Walls stripped back, flooring removed down to the joists and the whole space completely reworked.

🛠️ Works carried out: • New doorway opening, frame and oak door

• Existing en-suite entrance blocked up
• Complete new feed and waste pipework
• New caber flooring
• New lighting, sockets and switches relocated
• Full reboarding and skimming
• Floor tiling and feature wall tiling
• Stunning blue scallop feather tiles with matching blue grout
• Beautiful oval freestanding bath
• Black freestanding bath tap with shower head
• Black quadrant shower enclosure
• Twin exposed shower valve and rigid riser
• Steel-blue basin and toilet unit
• Full white decoration throughout
The finished bathroom is a huge transformation and the combination of the steel blue, black finishes and stunning feature tiles really brings the whole room together. 💙🖤

Fencing Job Brought Forward 🔨

With a spare day in the diary due to plaster drying times on one of our bigger projects, we brought this fencing job forward for one of our regular customers in Faversham.

We started by clearing away all the overgrown bushes before taking down the old, rotten fencing.
We then installed a brand-new fence throughout, using treated timber for the posts, rails, gravel boards and feather-edge.

A proper transformation that’s cleaned up the whole area and given the garden a much smarter finish.
Another job done and, most importantly, another very happy customer! 👌

🔨 Another happy customer! 🔨

We were recently asked to carry out a range of carpentry jobs to help update this property before it was decorated.

Here's what we completed:
🚪 Replaced all the old hardboard internal doors with beautiful new Holdenby oak doors, fitted to the existing frames. 🪚
Built bespoke boxing to hide radiator pipework in one of the bedrooms, then fitted new skirting boards and a dado rail to create a feature wall.
🛠️ Refurbished the downstairs utility room by replacing the base unit doors, hinges, and installing a stunning solid oak worktop.

All materials were supplied by the customer and fitted to their exact specifications.

The customer was over the moon with the transformation, and we're really pleased with how everything turned out.

Another job completed! 👌

On this project, we removed the old gas fireplace and surround and installed a brand-new electric fireplace, giving the room a fresh, modern focal point. We also replaced the switches and sockets to complete the electrical work.

Once that was finished, the customer asked us to freshen up the room with a full repaint of the ceiling, walls, and woodwork before the wallpaper installer comes in to finish the feature walls.

🏡 Another quality project completed! 🔨

Our client wanted to add extra privacy and security to the front of their home, and we're delighted with the finished result.

We supplied and installed a bespoke timber gate, fitted with a mechanical digital lock for secure, keyless access. To complete the project, we added feather edge fencing above the existing wall, creating a smart, durable finish that provides the extra privacy the client was looking for.

Another job completed for a happy customer! 🔨

We supplied and installed a new fold-down loft hatch complete with a concertina loft ladder, then finished it off with a fresh coat of white paint for a neat, clean look.

We also removed a rotten outbuilding door and frame, installed a brand-new frame and a sturdy ledged-and-braced external door, and fitted a Yale night latch for added security.

🚧 Downstairs WC & Utility Installation 🚧

Our customer wanted to make better use of the space under their staircase by creating a downstairs toilet and basin, along with a cupboard to house the washing machine.

To achieve this, we built new partition walls and doorways, installed all new water feeds and waste pipework, carried out the electrical work, and skimmed the new walls ready for decoration.

We also fitted the door frames, doors, architraves and akirting, and built accessible boxing to neatly conceal the gas meter and underside of the boiler while still allowing easy access for maintenance.

With no accessible drainage available, we installed a Sanivite system for the basin and washing machine, along with a SaniCompact toilet. All waste pipework was run externally into a new soil stack that we installed as part of the project.

Space was extremely limited, so careful planning was key. We kept everything as compact, practical and tidy as possible, resulting in a clean finish and a layout that works perfectly for the customer's needs.

Another happy customer and a great use of previously unused space! 🔨

🏗️ The Footprints of Hope – Shrine of St Jude, Faversham 🏗️

A project we were proud to complete a couple of years ago for our good friends and regular customers at the Shrine of St Jude, Faversham.

Last week, we returned to carry out the final phase of the project, carefully lifting 250 blank pavers and replacing them with engraved block pavers, each dedicated to the memory of a loved one.
It’s been a privilege to be involved in creating such a special space. This beautiful memorial area will provide a lasting place for families and friends to visit, reflect, and remember those who are no longer with us.

We’re delighted to have played a small part in bringing this meaningful project to completion.
