It's always an intriguing conversation with potential clients to try and get them to understand the value that we bring to a project. What we do can be life changing to the way they use their homes, so we need to listen to their requirements, and offer advise based upon our years of experience and knowledge. When we then get positive reviews, we need to share those with everyone, and this is one such review:
'This was our first building project of any kind, so we were looking for guidance and advice. David came highly recommended by a builder we’d approached for a quotation, and on meeting him we felt he was the perfect architect for our build. He listened to our ideas and what we were looking to achieve, and suggested how we might get there. He put so many ideas forward, some of which we hadn’t even considered, many of which were incorporated in the plans submitted. The plans David presented too us took in all that we’d discussed, we couldn’t have been happier. The whole planning application process went smoothly, David guided the plans through and kept us fully in the loop. We could not recommend David and DMS Architects more highly, he made it completely stress free.'
