BEHIND THE SCENES | SPA CONNECT LIVE

In this video, Ian welcomes the owner of Wellis to our head office showroom for a look behind the scenes at the space our sales team use to help customers find the right product for their needs.

Unlike our public showrooms, this space is not open to the public. Instead, it has been specifically designed to support our sales team with product demonstrations, wet tests and 1-1 customer consultations.

From experiencing the products first hand to discussing features, specifications and individual requirements, our team can use the showroom to give customers a more personal experience throughout their buying journey.

Our one-to-one calls with customers uses the showroom to demonstrate products and answer any questions they may have before making a purchase.

For us, it’s about more than simply selling a product. It’s about making sure our customers have the knowledge, advice and confidence to choose the right product for their home and lifestyle.

Take an exclusive look inside our head office showroom.
