New massorator toilet installed, bath installed with new bath tap and shower mixer, new basin with vanity unit and towel rail.

Two new oak veneer doors installed.

Existing bathroom and toilet removed, including wall between both rooms. Existing door to toilet blocked up.

All plumbing and wastes refreshed and relocated for new free standing bath.

All electrics re wired to merge rooms and installed new downlights and switching.

Ceiling plastered

Walls and floor tiled to include feature walls in shower area.

New large shower tray installed, with thermostatic mixer valve and fixed panel enclosure.
New free standing bath installed with pillar taps. New basin with vanity unit, a closed coupled toilet and new ladder towel rail installed.

Chrome pipe tails installed for new towel rail.

Light switch installed on hall wall outside bathroom.

All walls and floor fully tiled.

Installed bath, bath panel, bath screen, new thermostatic bar shower mixer valve, basin with vanity unit, closed coupled toilet, mirror and ladder towel rail.

New bifding door also installed to create space.

Bathroom floor and walls completely retiled

New free standing bath with anthracite pillar taps, basin with vanity unit, anthracite shower enclosure with bar thermostatic shower mixer valve, closed coupled toilet, anthracite towel rail and electric mirror with heat pad all installed.

Existing electrics decommissioned, new downlights and extractor installed and feed for mirror.

All plumbing refreshed and relocated. New waste pipes run through floor and into stack.

Full tiled floor to ceiling and vinyl flooring laid.

Closed coupled toilet, basin with vanity unit, electric mirror with heat element, ladder towel rail and shower enclosure with thermostatic bar showering system all installed. All supplied by DW Burns Showroom

Cupboard removed, and existing electrics decommissioned, new downlights and extractor installed, feed for mirror and switch relocated to outside in hallway.

All new hot and cold feeds run for bath, toilet, basin and shower. New waste pipes run through floor and through to stack in downstairs cloakroom.

Full tiled floor to ceiling and vinyl flooring laid.
