Every Adlår installation starts with our Silver package at £0, including a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturer defects on supplied parts.

Gold — £149/year
Up to 5 years' parts and labour cover, alongside annual servicing, routine maintenance, priority fault response, efficiency optimisation checks, weather compensation setup and full Adlår Castra app access.

Platinum — £249/year
Up to 15 years' parts and labour protection, adding remote system monitoring, advanced smart controls and optimisation, and continuous performance oversight.

And there's another important part of the Adlår approach.

Warranty work and servicing are handled by our own in-house team.

Why does an Adlår Castra system use two heat pumps?

Because heating your home and heating your hot water are two different jobs.

In a traditional single heat pump system, one heat pump has to do both — switching between heating the home and reheating the hot water cylinder.

We designed Castra differently.

🏠 Aurora II is dedicated to heating your home.

🚿 Fjord I is dedicated to heating your hot water.

The two systems operate independently, so they can work at the same time.

That means your home can continue being heated while your hot water is being replenished.

One looks after your heating. One looks after your hot water. Neither has to stop for the other.

In fact, we think it's one of the most important questions to ask before changing the way you heat your home.

Every Adlår system is designed around the property it's going into. We use detailed heat loss calculations to understand the heating performance your home needs before the system is installed.

Then we stand behind that design.

With the Adlår Warmth Guarantee, if your heating or hot water doesn't perform as designed, we'll assess why and carry out the corrective work needed to achieve the agreed design outcome — at no extra cost.

Because if we've designed the system, installed it and commissioned it, we believe we should take responsibility for how it performs.

Could your new air source heat pump installation really cost £0?

For some eligible homes, yes.

Our standard Adlår installations start from £6,999 and the government Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant is currently £7,500.

So, if your home meets our standard installation criteria and you're eligible for the grant, your installation could cost £0.

And accessible pricing doesn't mean cutting back on the important things.

Our standard installation package includes the Aurora II floor-mounted air source heat pump, Fjord hot water cylinder and all electrical works. The Adlår team also undertakes your home energy assessment and heat loss report to establish what your home actually needs.

Because every home is different, any additional work required will be identified following your site survey and heat loss assessment.
