New changing rooms need serious hot water behind the scenes — here’s how we delivered it for Bourne Club.

ComGas has completed a water-boosting and hot-water plant upgrade at Bourne Club in Farnham, supporting new changing and shower facilities for Brambleton Developments Ltd

The existing installation was not suited to the additional demand, so the coordinated upgrade included an accumulator-based boosted-water arrangement to support pressure and flow when several outlets operate at once, twin 300-litre high-recovery unvented cylinders, and a dedicated Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 30kW system boiler.

A Grundfos secondary hot-water circulation pump forms part of the upgraded distribution arrangement. Substantial new copper distribution pipework, isolation valves and monitoring points were installed with future inspection and maintenance in mind.
