🚽 We attended this property to investigate and rectify a drainage blockage affecting the customers upstairs toilet.

Upon inspection, root intrusion was identified within the existing clay pipework at the bottom section of the soil stack pipe, causing an obstruction and restricting the flow of waste.

The affected section of pipework was removed and replaced with new pipework to eliminate the damaged area and restore the drainage system to proper working order.

🪏 The replacement was carried out to address the cause of the blockage and help prevent further issues arising from the root intrusion🌲
