WEBBS are delighted to announce that we will be holding our Autumn Trade Day on Thursday 1st October between 8am and 3pm - all are welcome, trade and DIY!

Dewalt have just confirmed that they will be bringing their demo van to show their ranges, and answer any questions you may have.

Chris from Crown Paints will be attending to advise, and share some fantastic offers on our Crown and Sandtex ranges
Cai from Ciret Decorating Tools will be featuring offers on their tools, as well as some handy joint offers with Crown Paints.

Hannah from Ronseal, Rachel from Aspect, and Dave from Bahco Tools will be also on hand to demonstrate and answer questions - more details to follow.

Welcoming trade and DIY we are open Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12 noon, and our delivery drivers work hard to ensure your orders are fulfilled within agreed timescales. Robert Adam’s (Tig) has been a loyal and valued member of the team for ten years. Known for whistling and singing his way around the yard, Tig has managed to only serve one customer in the whole time he has been with us, shown in the photo. Whilst delivering, he goes above and beyond to ensure customers are more than satisfied with their order, even occasionally helping to unload the delivery.

A member of of our team, Trevor, often seen in the security hut or operating the post-saver machine, is walking a marathon on the 12th September to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support, a charity close to his heart.

Kaelem joined the team in January as an already experienced delivery driver. He has become a very popular member of the team over the last eight months, both with customers and his co workers. Known for efficient deliveries and always being on top form, you can trust that ‘k-dog’ will be helpful and reliable both in the yard and if you are lucky enough to be receiving a delivery from him.

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to recruit a capable, full time Class 2 HGV driver (crane/hiab licence preferred but not essential) to join our friendly, professional team.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a rewards scheme and training to support them. Day work only, no nights away and all bank holiday Mondays off.

As part of our established family business, your primary role will be carrying out local and national deliveries for timber, fencing and building supplies.

At times, you will also assist the yard team in loading, serving customers and help to keep the yard tidy, so you will need a flexible, willing mindset.

WEBBS team would welcome a driver with the following qualities;

- Outstanding with customers.
- A hard-working, dependable team player.
- Trustworthy and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn and develop their skills to enable them to deliver to WEBBS high standards.
