Successful completion for the RAAC removal and roof replacement for Block A, St Mary’s Hospital, Portsmouth. The works included removal and disposal of RAAC planks to both the 4th and 5th floors with the installation of a new timber roof deck and new Bauder felt roof membrane and insulation.

Refurbishment works to the Frank Parkinson building at Sparsholt College are now complete. The external works included asbestos removal, full roof and cladding replacement, along with new steel staircase and new cedar panelling finish. The Internal upgrade includes a new office layout, ceilings and flooring to create a working environment.

Following the main strip-out and demolition works to create new structural openings, the new shower and toilet facilities are being installed whilst full M&E replacement works take place throughout the duration of the project.

Project Progress
Works are progressing well at our St Mary’s Leisure Centre, Southampton scheme. Scaffolding has been erected and new roofing works have commenced along with re-pointing of the existing brickwork. Internal M&E works are underway and formation of the new internal fire escape staircase has commenced.
