From emergency response to full reinstatement.

These before and after photos show the progress of an insurance reinstatement project at East Renfrewshire Golf Club following a burst pipe in the attic above the Professional's Shop.

Our team attended site the very same day to make the property safe by isolating the electrical supply and removing all water-damaged materials. Following a detailed assessment, a bespoke drying programme was installed to ensure the building reached the correct moisture levels before reinstatement works could begin. On this claim, a quick turnaround was essential to minimise disruption to the business, ensuring the club and its members had their shop returned to normal.

A proud milestone for our team! 👏

Recently, we welcomed Bryan, Darren and Kieran to the office as they signed their new contracts, officially transitioning from apprentice contracts to full-time Tradesmen with Edinmore Contracts Ltd. Each of them also received a gift card to mark the occasion.

Although Aiden couldn't join us for the photo as he was on holiday, we're equally delighted to congratulate him on reaching this important milestone.

Investing in apprentices has always been an important part of what we do. It's rewarding to see talented individuals develop their skills, complete their apprenticeships and progress into full-time roles within the business.

Congratulations to all four of you on this fantastic achievement, we're looking forward to seeing what the future holds.

We're delighted to introduce the newest member of the Edinmore Contracts team, Alan McNeilage, who joined us at the end of May and has settled in brilliantly at our new Falkirk office.

Alan brings with him an incredible 22 years of experience in the building materials industry, having previously worked with local timber merchant Thornbridge. His knowledge and expertise are already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team.

Earlier this month, Alan also celebrated a milestone birthday, the big 50! 🎉

When asked about joining Edinmore, Alan said he's loving being back in an office environment and has found everyone on the team to be friendly and welcoming.

Outside of work, Alan is a passionate Falkirk FC supporter, and you'll often hear him sharing stories about his beloved Bairns with his new colleagues. ⚽
