Running a business is something I’m incredibly grateful for, but one thing I’ve realised lately is how important balance really is.

Yesterday looked a little different for me, full-time daddy duties while Jenny was at work. Normally I’m out the door before Charlie wakes up and only getting home in time for bedtime, and when you’re building a business it’s easy for weeks to disappear like that.

So me and Jenny have decided that Wednesdays are now my day with Charlie, and I’ll catch up on anything extra needing done on a Saturday instead.

The business is still a huge priority, but so is being present for the moments that matter at home too.

One thing I’ve learned is that success means different things at different stages of life.
