We were back working for 2 repeat customers in Condorrat.
After stripping and retiling the lower sections of roof to garage and porch on both properties and roughcasting the one on the Left, we were back stripping and retiling the main roofs.

✅ We fully scaffolded these properties
✅ Stripped and disposed of all the existing tiles, battens and felt and stripped back to bare truss.
✅Sheeted with new OSB.
✅felted with new breathable membrane.
✅ Counter battened and tile battened with regulated and treated timber.
✅ Tiled with brown Northstone Materials Derrie roof tiles with half round ridges to suit.
✅ As always we completed this roof with a dry ridge system and Klober dry verge for a modern maintenance free finish.
✅We also replaced all fascias, soffits, gutters and rainwater pipes with white Freefoam.

Back putting new roofs on these two properties in Condorrat after previously working for both customers in the past.
We previously put new roofs on both garage extensions and roughcasted the house on the left.
Now we’ve been back tiling the main roofs and replacing fascias, soffits and gutters.

A new roof and cladding to this porch in Polmont.

We stripped off the old failing flat roof on this porch and insulated then installed a new Fatra UK PVC single ply system for a modern wind and watertight finish.

We also replaced all the cladding for nice new Freefoam shiplap cladding and fascias.

A roof we recently replaced in Falkirk

✅ We fully scaffolded this property
✅ Stripped and disposed of all the existing tiles, battens and felt and stripped back to bare truss.
✅Sheeted with new OSB.
✅Installed GRP bonding gutter and breathable membrane.
✅ Counter battened and tile battened with regulated and treated timber.
✅ Tiled with grey Northstone Derrie roof tiles with half round ridges to suit.
✅ As always we completed this roof with a dry ridge system and Klober dry verge for a modern maintenance free finish.
✅We ventilated this roof using tile vents.

The internal renovations to the commercial project in Dundee. Renovating 3 units.

✅ We started with a strip out of all redundant pipes, cables, electrics and tanks.
✅ Carried out extensive repair work to the warehouses.
✅ Stripped out and replaced 9 toilet blocks and hand basins.
✅ Replaced all fire doors and internal doors throughout the full property.
✅ Upgraded to UPVC windows.
✅ New ceilings throughout.
✅Fully sprayed all warehouses for a clean and fresh look and painted all kitchens, offices and toilet blocks.
✅ Fitted 3 kitchenettes as an addition to the property.
✅ New commercial Vinyl flooring to all kitchens, offices and toilet blocks.
✅ New skirtings and facings throughout.
✅ We had 3 all new electric roller shutter doors fitted.
✅ The property also benefited from a full rewire with all new electrics and fire safety system.

We recently completed this composite steel sheeting job for one of our commercial clients in Dundee.
✅We installed all of our own safety to the building.
✅ Stripped and safely disposed of the old failing asbestos sheeting.
✅ We then installed new light grey composite panels to the roof to provide upgraded insulation for a watertight and efficient commercial roof solution.
✅ We replaced the exterior steel sheeting for a modern anthracite steel sheet.
✅ Our own in house joiners created a pitch for the lower flat roofs then we steel sheeted to match the rest of the building changing all of the rainwater from internal to external.
✅ We replaced all of the windows and fire doors on the property and arranged for new electric roller shutter doors to complete the job to the externals of the property.
✅We installed all of our own safety to the building.
