Hey guys, here’s a few pictures of a small extension and renovation we have going on at the moment, we’re about half way through the project and all is going very well, we’ve ripped down the old conservatory, replaced all the old windows and doors and added a small dining room flat roof extension with roof lantern onto the back, transforming the look of the house and making the living space downstairs much more useable and cozy with all the added insulation. we’ve taken most of the ground floor back to brick work and knocked through from the living room into the new extension, added a new door into the kitchen from the hall and blocked up the old one from the lounge. they now have French doors going in to join the two rooms and create an open plan feel with lots of light.
It’s been re plumbed, re wired, boarded, skimmed and after next week should be ready for second fixing internally. I’ll pop some more pictures on with an update in the coming weeks, thanks for looking 🙂
