It’s not that often anymore I get the chance myself to change a boiler so it was great to get this one swapped over and keep my hand in and do one of the jobs I m best at. Got this one swapped over and up and running in 3 hours against the clock to prove to a colleague I’ve still got it and still the quickest on the team😜

This one also included a bespoke made pull out step in the plinth to enable the client to be able to reach the window handle with ease. 👌🏻

Over 1200 meters of UFH installed this week supplied by unitherm_uk all ready for our recommended liquid screed installer Southcoast Liquid Screeding Limited 💪🏼.
Ground floor to be completed in the near future and this will all be heated via 2 x twin fan air source heat pumps.
