Follow up post… Been a busy few weeks thats for sure… first fix plumbing and electrics all but finished up! Starting to feel like less of a site and more like a home each day that passes 🤘

Follow up post… spent the last few days at this new build project, I am well on my way with framing out the upstairs 🪚
Spent some time talking through things with the homeowner and with a few small tailored adjustments to the floor plan we are well on our way to bringing their vision to life!

Out with the old and in with the new!! this customer wasn’t a fan of the flat roof on their porch so I spent Friday stripping off the existing and installing a new pitched roof with a small skylight to add some natural lighting to the entrance of their home
