🔨 No experience needed – full training provided
📍 Location: Sowton area (7:00am starts – must be able to get there)
🧗 Work involves working at height
🚗 Driving licence helpful but not essential

Here’s an update on our prestigious clay plain tile project in Budleigh Salterton for CW Build.
The existing roof covering has been carefully removed, and a new warm roof construction has now been completed. The roof is finished with Marley Acme clay plain tiles, complemented by Armourplan single-ply valley systems for a high-performance, long-lasting finish.

Got a leaking chimney after all these storms? 🌧️
It’s likely because the chimney is older and doesn’t have a lead tray installed.

In most cases, the flashing isn’t the issue — if it wasn’t leaking before the storms, it’s probably still doing its job.

What’s happening is the chimney has become fully saturated and can’t take on any more moisture. Gravity then pulls the water down into the house.

We’ve received so many enquiries about this lately.

The solutions:
• Take the chimney down and re-roof over it, or
• Take it down and rebuild it with the correct lead trays installed.
