Bay window on first floor, very bad condition as you can see. They also had a leak in the roof above window. I stripped lining paper off filled with undercoat plaster and filler on top, relined walls. Windows sanded filled with resin filler in the joints and some caulk. Primer and two coats of Benjamin Moore scuff x. Also fixed a large hole in the ceiling with plaster board.

Outside barn conversion, I decorated this many years ago but the wood is top quality so there wasn’t much rot. You have to use the same colour on all the barns in this development. I used water based crown paint and Osmo uv protection oil for the steps. They had one pair of swallows nesting so had to paint round the nest.
Birds and customer happy 😊

Inside and outside there was some damp issues in the roof and interior walls of this house. I stripped the wallpaper off and walls then painted in Earthbourne clay paint to help walls breathe more. I used Benjamin Moore scuff X satin on all woodwork which was in a poor condition. I replaced some skirting and repointed the brickwork on the rear exterior wall and used timber build resin to repair the facia. All exterior walls were then finished with Zinsser peal stop and Dulux weather shield magnolia with Rococo blue for the front.

Long time since last post as working two jobs at once.
This flat on Heavitree road doing two rooms at a time as customer needed time to move stuff from room to room. Worked out well, all ceilings in Albany brilliant white, walls in Dulux or Armstead Matt emulsion. Customer likes gloss so all woodwork in crown brilliant white gloss.
