Outside finished in Rewe near Exeter. Only woodwork this time, used the resin filler on the front as you can see in the photos. All wood washed down gutters cleaned out and two coats of Dulux woodstain.

Recently updated two bedrooms shower room and outside gates plus couple of wooden structures.
Interior paint was dulux for the walls and Benjamin Moore scuff x in satin for the woodwork. Outside was sikkins for stained wood and rustoleum combi colour
for the metal work.
Long term customer from topsham who is already booked for next year.

Inside and outside there was some damp issues in the roof and interior walls of this house. I stripped the wallpaper off and walls then painted in Earthbourne clay paint to help walls breathe more. I used Benjamin Moore scuff X satin on all woodwork which was in a poor condition. I replaced some skirting and repointed the brickwork on the rear exterior wall and used timber build resin to repair the facia. All exterior walls were then finished with Zinsser peal stop and Dulux weather shield magnolia with Rococo blue for the front.

Long time since last post as working two jobs at once.
This flat on Heavitree road doing two rooms at a time as customer needed time to move stuff from room to room. Worked out well, all ceilings in Albany brilliant white, walls in Dulux or Armstead Matt emulsion. Customer likes gloss so all woodwork in crown brilliant white gloss.
