PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THIS FULL RENOVATION WE HAVE DONE AND PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE OUR HARD WORK ....
We are nearly over the line with this build inside all finished...so much work has gone into this one hitting, problem after problem but we have finally got there and what a transformation it is total new lay out of bungalow with 8m x 8m extension on the back doubling its size garden being slabbed and driveway being done now...

Another week done New house roof and extension roof on front and gable all rendered except the front door wall and plint...

Another week done
New house roof and extension roof on
front and gable all rendered except the front door wall and plinths to be top coated
Front door going in next week
Both bi-folds in the extension going in next week
Gas main all dug ready for next week
All rooms skimmed and painted
All facials and soffits and guttering done
Second fix on bathrooms being done
Kitchen being fitted
And ground works next week
And rendering the extension
Steps being build next week
Couple weeks then it's a wrap

Progress update... here's just a few of progress pictures would be a lot further on but customer decided he wants a full new roof to match the extension but we is battling against the weather cus we can't get the vally cut in due just need a break so both roofs can go on and water tight again

WATER STILL COMING IN AFTER NEARLY FINISHED OUT SIDE ......we thought it was the hight water table and pushing up thru the old cellar floor so I wasnt happy and decided to investigate to relise it was coming in thru the perk joints so took down retaining wall ripped up all the slabs and dug it all out again to realise we just didn't tank down far enough...so we dug down deeper tanked it all then rendered it then decided to put capping beam around all that area. took all the back fill out from behind the reatianing wall as the rain was missing the weep holes and running right along the footing and going to the lowest corner witch happend to be were the water was coming in...now started putting it all back together and so far it's been dry inside.. we done all this of my own back free of charge cus we should
Of spotted it when we done it the first time but we didn't have any rain at the time so glad we didn't start the inside just yet # #🤦‍♂️
