Monitoring load keeps productions safe. Keeping tabs on each other's mental loads keeps teams strong.
As this year's Mental Health Awareness Week draws to a close, we’re reflecting on the importance of looking after one another in what can often be a high-pressure industry.
At Broadweigh, we want our colleagues to feel seen, heard, and supported. That’s why we’re proud to have several trained Mental Health First Aiders within the business. These are designated people our teams can speak to openly, confidentially, and without judgement whenever they need support.
Our Mental Health First Aiders are also trained to recognise when someone may not be feeling quite themselves, helping us create a culture where checking in on each other is encouraged and no one feels they have to struggle alone.
We're firm believers in speaking out if something isn't right, knowing that sometimes, just knowing someone is there to listen can make all the difference.
