Fast response, minimal disruption

We received a new enquiry to inspect a roller shutter over the main entrance of a shop.

With a quick turnaround, we returned the very next day to carry out the repair and get the system back up and running, helping to minimise disruption to the customer’s trading.

On inspection, we found that the motor cable was damaged, and after removing the motor it was clear that grease had started leaking from inside the unit, indicating internal wear.
