Earlier this year, the Building shortlisted Coreus in two categories: Good Employer of the Year and Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year (fewer than 100 staff). In the lead up to the awards, Building has released an article featuring this year's shortlisted companies.

Andrew Clancy, our CEO & Founder said: "To see our brand recognised alongside industry leaders are both humbling and proud moments for the business. I can remembering studying the awards and Top 150 lists as a Graduate so seeing what we have created be recognised alongside those companies makes the hard work worthwhile. Being recognised for both how we look after our people and the quality of the work we deliver means a great deal to entire team and we look forward to the awards ceremony in London in November.

Recently, some of our Exeter team had an incredible day at the Gordon Messenger Centre situated opposite CTCRM Lympstone. This centre supports serving Royal Marines, veterans, their families and the wider Royal Marines community.

We got stuck in tidying, weeding and helping to rejuvenate the space enjoyed by so many. A highlight of the day was the transformation of the memorial garden, which now includes a feature nameplate surround and a bench where people can spend time and commemorate their loved ones.

“Our team are really touched by groups coming into the centre, the volunteer days mean a lot to us. The fact Coreus have come in and are giving back to the centre and volunteering their time to help maintain our garden and outdoor community space is really important and we are really grateful” Lisa Joy, Centre Manager

As signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, we believe volunteering at places like this is really important and aligns closely with our values. It was a great opportunity to support the incredible work done by Lisa, Gary, Liz and Frank.

Coreus has climbed up the ranking for Building's Top 150 Consultants 2026

We have moved up 4 places in the overall ranking coming in at #112 - placing for a third year in a row🎉

Following our debut last year, we have also moved up in the Project Management table placing at #32 🥂

Thank you to our clients and partners for their continued support on our journey and our exceptional team for setting the bar high!

Last week our team saddled up for a day of cycling along Cornwall's scenic Camel Trail 🚲

Starting in Bodmin the team made the most of the sunny weather - of course making time to stop off for fish & chips for lunch at Rick Stein's, finishing the day back in Bodmin after cycling 24 miles!

It was great to spend the day with clients, partners and friends. Thank you to those who attended.
