We’ve recently completed a full roof replacement on this property, finished with high-quality fibre cement slates, all fixed with copper nails and disc rivets to ensure long-term performance.

The dormer roof was renewed using a modern EPDM rubber system, providing a durable and weatherproof finish.

Another project completed in the heart of Exeter ✔️

We’ve just finished installing a brand new roof using beautiful Brazilian graphite slate, all laid on a secure hook fixing system for a clean and durable finish. The job also included installing all new chimney flashings to ensure everything is fully weatherproof and built to last.

A great result that keeps the property looking traditional while giving it the protection of a completely new roof.

Just wrapped up a full re-roof today! 🔨🏠
The front roof is now completely renewed with grey Marley Moderns, along with new chimney flashings and all new dry verge caps for a crisp, clean finish.

We also installed brand new fascias, soffits and gutters, getting everything ready for the lower roof to be completed once the scaffold comes down.

Another step closer to giving this home a fresh new look! 👌

🏡 Re-roof completed in Newton St Cyres last week!

We’ve just finished giving this lovely old cottage a new lease of life! The original roof had reached the end of its days, so we renewed it with fibre cement slates and added newly welded chimney flashings for a clean, watertight finish.

It’s now ready to face the years ahead — while keeping all of its original charm and character.

Latest Project Completed!

We’ve recently finished a fibre cement slate roof on a house in along Exeter Quay. This one included a new Epdm rubber roof on a window bay and all new chimney flashings, all completed to our usual high standard.

The project is now fully complete, leaving our customer with a roof that is both durable and built to last.

Latest Project Finally Complete!

After a long battle with the weather 🌧️
We’ve just completed a new EPDM rubber parapet roof on a warm roof extension. This one included fresh lead abutment flashings, ensuring everything is fully watertight and built to last.

All that’s left now is for the builders to add the capping stones, and the job will be fully finished off.

Another solid, professional installation – giving our customer a roof that not only looks smart but will stand the test of time. 💪
