In partnership with S C Evans Developments, this Shaldon kitchen, finished in Painted Shell and Viridian, was specified for a high-end barn conversion, balancing modern operational performance with the property’s original character.

The central island integrates storage and seating, while bespoke elements such as an Oak Baking Pantry, deep pan drawers, and bi-fold wall cabinets optimise workflow and accessibility.

The kitchen features a Rangemaster cooker housed in a custom mantle, a Belfast sink integrated into base cabinetry, and a glazed dresser unit, all complemented by high-spec appliances and durable finishes designed for long-term performance.

Specified by our Trade Sales Executive, Alec Broom, this Shaldon kitchen in Stone was created for a recent residential development by Dan Cook Carpentry.

The design pairs soft, neutral tones with the Shaldon’s classic shaker profile to maximise light reflection and maintain the crisp architectural lines of the open-plan setting. A peninsula provides additional preparation space, integrated storage and a dedicated seating zone, enhancing both workflow and social interaction within the kitchen.

LED lighting has been discreetly recessed beneath worktops and plinths, delivering functional task lighting while adding a subtle ambient glow that accentuates the cabinetry’s form. The outcome is a kitchen that delivers on performance, aesthetic cohesion and long-term durability, perfectly aligned with the property’s overall design brief.

Defined by a controlled, architectural palette, this scheme pairs Linden Aluma Grey Metal Slate with Cubanit Grey to introduce depth without disrupting the overall clarity of the design.

Handleless elevations are formed using black aluminium rail systems, creating precise lines across the cabinetry, while integrated LED lighting adds a subtle ambient layer and improves visibility across key working areas.

Ammonite Carrara quartz worktops provide a hard-wearing surface suited to daily use, supported by practical storage including deep pan drawers with internal organisation, positioned directly beneath the hob to optimise workflow and accessibility.

A specification built around clean detailing, efficient layout planning and reliable performance on site.

This is one of our favourite projects to date.

Crafted with solid 20mm shaker-style doors, these kitchens offer long-lasting stability and the reassuring feel of real timber. The colour palette was chosen to work seamlessly with the natural materials used throughout the homes, creating a consistent and considered look across the development.

Premium Quartz worktops provide a durable, non-porous surface suited to everyday use, while glazed wall cabinets introduce lighter detailing and a balanced mix of open and closed storage.

Integrated NEFF ovens and hobs ensure reliable, efficient cooking performance, and Elica extractors offer effective ventilation ideal for open-plan layouts.

The utility rooms follow the same specification as the kitchens, maintaining quality across both spaces. Solid wood doors and Quartz worktops ensure durability, and pull-out laundry basket drawers improve day-to-day function, keeping the workflow practical and organised.

Supporting spaces deserve just as much consideration as the kitchen itself.

As part of this project with New Space Architecture, we also manufactured a highly functional utility room designed to maximise storage, organisation and day-to-day practicality.

Finished to complement the main kitchen, the space provides extensive cabinetry for household essentials, with dedicated storage for items such as ironing boards and cleaning equipment to keep everything neatly concealed. A built-in seating area offers a practical space for putting on or removing shoes, making the room an effective transition between the outdoors and the home.

A sink area with Ammonite Valencia quartz worktops provides a durable, easy-to-maintain workspace, ideal for everyday household tasks while maintaining the same premium finish carried through from the kitchen.

By applying the same attention to specification and manufacturing throughout the entire home, supporting spaces become just as efficient, practical and well-finished as the principal living areas.

Finished in our Nailsworth Porcelain shaker door, the soft neutral palette creates a bright, timeless space that's built around everyday living.

Inside, clever storage solutions including a LeMans corner unit, Dynamic Space larder and oak cutlery tray inserts keep everything organised and within easy reach, while integrated CDA appliances maintain the clean, uninterrupted lines of the design.

It's a kitchen that's every bit as functional as it is beautiful, with carefully considered features that make daily life that little bit easier.
