⚡️ Shed installation complete! ⚡️

Really enjoyed this one! A new garden shed installation including:

〰️30m armoured cable clipped along the fence
🔌 1x external double socket
🔌 3x internal double sockets
💡 2-gang light switch
💡 3x ceiling lights

It’s the small details that make the difference: laser-levelled lighting, neat and evenly spaced cable clips and saddles, and of course carpet protection throughout

I always treat a customer’s home as I would my own, keeping everything neat, tidy and finished to a high standard

Another job completed and another happy customer 😊⚡️

⚡️ Simple call-out this evening

Customer reported that one of her sockets had stopped working

After removing the old socket from the wall, the back of it completely crumbled away! 🤯

I tested the wiring to make sure everything was safe, replaced the damaged socket with a new single socket, tested everything again and was on my way

Another small job, safely sorted ⚡️

When better to get the outside lighting done than when Spain decides to lend us their weather for a bit! ☀️🇪🇸

Out with the old single 80s-style wall light and in with 3 brand-new up & down wall lights 💡

All 3 lights have also been installed with a timer switch, so they come on automatically when needed ⏰

💡 My furthest job yet!

An emergency call-out in Romford. The customer had removed their old light but needed a new pendant installed above the staircase

With the original light disconnected, it had also left the lighting to the other rooms without power. I fitted the new pendant in the evening to get everything back up and running before it got dark! 🔧💡

Another happy customer! 🥳

💡 Flickering light in the downstairs toilet

A quick investigation found a loose connection inside the light switch, causing the light to flicker

Loose connections can become a serious issue if left unchecked, so it’s always worth getting them investigated ⚡️

Another fault found and made safe

And a new Chelmsford client 📍

It’s the little details 👌Both sockets perfectly level and lined up with each other. A nice, clean finish ⚡️

Out with the old, dirty 2-gang switch and in with a fresh new one. Simple job, but a much cleaner finish 👌
