Tile effect Lino pulled up , LED plinths taken off , washing machine pulled out , floor sealed and tiled , 600x600 gloss black Quartz Starluxe tiles on the floor. Matching black grout to suit. A quick polish up and plinths cut down and LED’s back in started to come together. Came out really nice another happy customer 🧼 ⭐

New toilet and floor tiled. Initially customer wanted toilet changed however the floor had been tiled around the toilet and wasn’t able to source one larger than the cut out. Existing tiles done about 15 years ago so couldn’t source any the same. They came up a dream after being installed on chipboard. 6mm Hardie backer board down and tiled in starlux white gloss from .

X2 Basin mixers and wastes changed. New bath tap. Small 400 x 450 cloakroom radiator swapped along with new valves. New bathroom 1200 x 600 towel radiator and new valves. Another happy customer ⭐

All just to tighten up a mixer tap with no access ?!?! Tile on double plasterboard then some ply !!! Multi tool , recip and drill with flat bits made light work of this but very dusty. Customer supplied a stainless niche to go in place was unlikely tile would come out in one. Also bath silicone cut out and re seal. HUGE BEAD 🔧 💧 🚰. Would you have taken this on ?

Water softener installed today in this end unit. Pipework run behind Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. New waste installed for softener and overflow drilled to outside drain. Another happy customer 🔧💧🚿

Installed 1400x400 double radiator in this conservatory. Came off radiator in kitchen. Fused spur and two different room depths meant had to come through the wall away from the corner. New 2 port zone valve installed also. Another happy customer 🔧 💧 🔥.

New 1700x700 bath in due to old one having a split from the waste down to one end. Rising damp caused first row of tiles to become loose. So re tiled as necessary. New mixer tap and shower hose and rail. Hailite front and end panel fitted. 1100 screen fitted also. 🔧💧🔥.

Little freshen up in this cloakroom.

Old cistern had split going down the middle.

So option for new toilet it was.

Customer decided on replacing basin too and wanted to re tile boxings. White gloss tiles with a light grey grout with matching trims to give a modern look. 🔧 🚽 💧 ✨

Aqualisa visage surface mounted shower installed along with digital processor box. Previous Grohe shower packed up after 20years. Pipework lagged. Another happy customer 🔧💧 🚿
