On this project down at Burley in Wharfedale we created a mixed sized Sawn Mint paving area under a bespoke garden room to accommodate our clients hot tub and outdoor dining section. To the front we softened up the front pathways exchanging the standard Marshalls paving a new build gets with the same paving as the rear garden introducing curved pathways to smooth out the borders.

Project - Bespoke Single Sided Vertical Detail Fence & Side Pedestrian Gate
Location - Yeadon (Leeds, West Yorkshire)

Here in Yeadon we have a beautiful 11M run of vertical detail, single sided fencing following the landscape of the garden.

Each post set 600mm - 700mm into the ground, bases coated in bitumen, secured with full ballast/cement mix for strength and durability and then trowelled off at 25c at the base to reduce standing water. Using x4 100mm cross rails for further strength, this fence is build to last, is built mm perfect to the string line, looks fantastic and was completed at a very fair and competitive price to reflect our experience and craftsmanship skills.

Some of those reasons above are just a few that set us head and shoulders above other installers!

4 Years ago today!

We created this standalone feature as part of Phase1 on the Ghyll Lodge Project in Guiseley.

To this day I feel this completed section of this garden project will always be what I’d call ‘our baby’.

Just a really quick note to our clients that are awaiting me getting back to them regarding getting out to you, confirming appointments and sending quotes.

I have been really busy being in Sheffield and a house move, on top of my daughter moving homes also. I’ll be fully back into work mode from tomorrow and will get back to everyone.

The garden, designed by Sarah Eberle MBE, features a wooden figure of Greek Earth goddess Gaia.

Update from Sheffield on a day for Peckering around. The foundations have been poured and levelled for the base that the Gaia statue will sit comfortably in.

Chris is on site tomorrow who created the beautiful masterpiece. We will be lifting her into place for him to put her head/hair features back into place. Once she’s in it will be time to set the boulders and start connecting the traffic flow for the garden.
