Temperatures dropped and a customer in Twickenham woke up with no heating or hot water this morning! 🥶 ❄️

Found system had low pressure- topped up and vented. All working again!

Call out to a heating system that had lost all power in esher the other week.

After some investigation I traced the issue to a blown fuse in the wiring centre. Caused by a leak on one of the pump valves that was dripping onto a motorised valve.

Leak repaired, motorised valve replaced and heating and hot water back up and running!

Emergency call out for a carbon monoxide alarm that had activated at a property in Tolworth.

The gas board has been out and capped off the gas supply so the customer was left with no heating or hot water.

After carrying out the necessary checks I got the heating and hot water back up and running.

Fault was caused by location of carbon monoxide alarm.

Gas safety certificate issued for the customers peace of mind.
