Our projects regularly feature kitchen designs, and sometimes we get asked to design one outside.

This pergola in Cobham features an outdoor kitchen with a large Napoleon grill, Kamado Joe grill and Ooni pizza oven, alongside a sink and fridge. There’s also an overhanging worktop for socialising while cooking, with a dining and lounge area overlooking the garden.

These visuals form part of a Phase 2 Technical design pack in our Signature tier.

We’ve just submitted a Lawful Development Certificate for a property in Barnes. Swipe through to see a selection of the drawings.

The development opens up the back of the house for a new kitchen on the ground floor, with a new bathroom taking shape on the first floor.

Our process for an LDC is very similar to planning, with existing and proposed drawings, alongside clay models of the interior spaces.

While a planning application isn’t required under permitted development, an LDC is a great option if you’d like future planning support or a smoother property sale down the line.
