Just back after a lovely few days in Somerset with my wife Anita 🥰

Lots of walks, plenty of delicious cheese 🧀, explored Cheddar Gorge & Caves and visited historic Shepton Mallet Prison (opened 1625 - closed 2013)!

An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) highlights any hidden faults that could cause fire or injury, giving you peace of mind.

There is no legal requirement to get one as a homeowner but when it comes to your family’s safety, it’s worth staying ahead of problems.

✅ Checks include: wiring, sockets, lights, fuse boards and more.
📅 Recommended every 10 years (or sooner if there are signs of trouble).

Landlords: It is your legal responsibility to have an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) carried out at least every 5 years or sooner if recommended.

Tenants: You are not off the hook either! If you spot something odd (like buzzing sockets or flickering lights), report it to your landlord straight away.

An EICR checks things like the wiring, sockets, fuse board, lighting, and more- identifying faults before they become hazards.

💡 Faults do not always show themselves until it is too late.
