Call from a customer to investigate yet another leaking shower. Unfortunately as can be seen in the photos we had to commence with deconstruction of the shower due to leaks from behind the shower controls. Just a shame the grout between the tiles was better done than the actual tile adhesive which means the entire enclosure is now being redone rather than just repairing a leak at the controls.

Recently undertook a pre completion inspection for a customer and apart from the Part L Building Regulation issues found here are just some of the 335 defects noticed in the property which was recorded just 2 days after the developer served notice for completion. This was already signed off by building control.

The concealed plumbing is not only neatly put away but creates ample storage space. The brick bond helps create the space appear larger than conventional portrait or landscape placed tiles.
