Architect Accredited in Conservation (Grade III).

We are pleased to share we have achieved Conservation Accreditation from the RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects Ireland) – ‘Architect Accredited in Conservation (Grade III)’.

This regarded additional qualification follows an extensive period of research, study + examination.

The conservation, repair and sensitive adaptation of historic buildings has an important role in protecting Ireland's architectural heritage, and supports a more sustainable built environment.

Many clients are increasingly wishing to refurbish, repurpose, and extend existing buildings rather than replace them, and obtaining specialist conservation expertise is a very important consideration when dealing with historic buildings.

This accreditation further enables us to provide informed conservation advice and specialist architectural services across a wide range of restoration, refurbishment, extension, and adaptive reuse projects.

A new dwelling designed for our clients seeking a modern, classically inspired family home.

Situated on a mature suburban site, this replacement dwelling is rooted in a classically inspired style.

We incorporated carefully considered proportions, a restrained palette of materials, and subtle touches to the window style and colour, to give a modern and timeless feel.
