Terms and conditions
During your hire, you’re liable for this hot tub, spa cover and gazebo (if applicable) whilst in your custody for any loss or damage. The delivery driver will fill the hot tub with cold water, which takes a minimum of 24 hours to reach the recommended temperature of between 35°C and 38°C. Pregnant women and persons with heart disease, circulatory problems, diabetes or low o
r high blood pressure should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Never use glass or any other breakable items within or near the hot tub.
Do not smoke or drink alcohol when using the hot tub.
If children use the hot tub temperature's must be kept under 35°C.
WEEKEND HIRE is from Thursday to Monday
MIDWEEK HIRE is from Monday to Thursday.... this means the hot tub will be ready for use the following day, when the hot tub has reached the correct usage temperature.
Payment in full is required upon delivery of a hot tub or gazebo package. Hot tubs must remain sited on the mats we provide, the pickup driver will empty the hot tub and deflate it.
