Freeview issues around Ely / CB6 CB7
You’re not imagining it.

There is currently planned engineering work at the Sandy Heath transmitter. This can cause:• Pixelation• Channels dropping in and out• Weak or no signal at times

It’s usually temporary and can change throughout the day.

A few simple do’s and don’ts while it’s ongoing:

✅ DO• Give it a bit of time, signals often return once work pauses•

❌ DON’T• Retune your TV while the signal is unstable, you can lose channels completely• Assume your aerial has failed straight away

If problems continue once the work has finished, (sorry no dates given as to when this work will end though) we’re happy to help.

My son Calvin’s large box van was stolen last night from his unit in Isleham. It’s a 12 reg Toyota RAV4 with sidesteps. There were three individuals wearing balaclavas, last seen on Fordham Road heading towards Isleham at around 10:05pm. It also looks like they may have been involved in thefts in Hockwold earlier at around 7:30pm.

If anyone has seen anything or has any information at all, please get in touch.

Stealing someone’s tools and livelihood like this… honestly, it’s the lowest of the low.
