We’re delighted to have secured planning permission to transform the rear of this home in Soham, creating additional space and a striking contemporary finish.

The approved scheme includes:

A productive week for AJS Architecture!

We have completed two measured building surveys:

🏢 An existing office block proposed for conversion into residential flats
🏡 An existing dwelling requiring plans for a new extension

We have also secured planning approval for the discharge of conditions relating to a new-build dwelling.

A planning application has been submitted for this bespoke new self-build dwelling in Cambridgeshire.

The single-storey home has been carefully designed with a traditional barn-inspired appearance, combining black timber cladding, red facing brickwork, clay pantiles and contemporary black framed windows.

The proposal also incorporates generous private amenity space, new landscaping and ecological enhancements, creating a high-quality home that responds sensitively to its rural surroundings.

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for the complete transformation of this existing property.
