What an amazing day for both me and my student Lia who passed her driving test first time in Cambridge today and also joined the elite club of having a ZERO FAULT test pass!! 🎉⭐ 🎉
Passing a driving test with NO FAULTS is an extreamly difficult thing to do so a massive well done Lia.

Lia it has been my absolute pleasure being out on the road with you, firstly in my car and then in yours, helping you gain the skills and confidence to gain your licence and show the examiner exactly how good you are. 🚗🚗

Enjoy your freedom and if you can try keeping this car a little longer than the last that would be great too 😂🚗..

Thank you to mum and dad for all the private practice, it really does help so much..

Once again a massive WELL DONE from all at David Smith Driver Training, I look forward to seeing you out and about now you're the official taxi drive 😁😂

It may have been a horrible start to the day but it soon got better for my student Harvey who passed his driving test in Cambridge today. 🎉🎉

Harvey it's been my absolute pleasure helping you gain your licence and amazing seeing how far you've progressed as a driver (although I would recommend steering clear of forward bays 🤦😂 ).

One thing I will miss is our driving conversations, I don't think I will ever look at Littleport in the same light again 😂 and although you will be keeping drinking and cars separate I will expect a pint if I ever see you out and about 😁.

All the best with the job and don't forget what they say about electricians!.. ⚡

Once again, congratulations from all at David Smith Driver Training 🚗 🚗

What an absolutely brilliant finish to the day for my student Farel who passed his driving test first time in Cambridge today! 🎉🎉

Farel, despite the massive stress and worry you've had over the last few weeks your drive today was absolutely perfect. You kept yourself calm and showed the examiner you fully deserved your pass, god knows how especially after Tuesdays lesson 😂😂 .

It has been an absolute pleasure helping you gain your licence Farel and I will miss our lessons and weekly stories. (I do hope you get your hoodie back one day 😊)

Keep safe out there and I can't wait to see you out and about in the green executive machine! 🚗🚗

Congratulations from all at David Smith Driver Training 🚗👏

What a day..... the sun was shining , the birds were singing and my student Karmila decided to take her driving test in Bury St Edmunds after only driving there for 1 lesson!!... 😂🤦
Well what a decision that turned out to be after a near faultless drive helped her pass first time with lots of praise from the examiner! 🎉🎉🎉 ...

Karmila it's been my absolute pleasure helping you go from a Ken Fox Wall Of Death UK stunt rider to a safe confident car driver!

Keep safe out there and on the wall, and I look forward to seeing you out and about in various lorries as soon as Ken has his way!..☺️

All the best and once again, congratulations from all at David Smith Driver Training 🚗

What an absolutely amazing day for my student Josh who passed his driving test first time in Cambridge this morning! 🎉🎉

Josh, despite you making us both get up at stupid o'clock in the morning it was definitely worth the effort with you near perfect first time pass! 🚗

Good luck with your new job and let me know when you're taking on private work, anyone who knows about my luck with cars will appreciate me wanting to have a mechanic on hand 😊

Well done Josh from everyone at David Smith Driver Training and I look forward to seeing you out and about when your cars back on the road.

What a perfect 2026 it's been for me so far with 6 out of 6 passes and an amazing day for my student Amy who smashed her test in Cambridge first time with me today. 🎉🎉

Amy you had me worried after our first warm up manouver but after a few deep breaths and yes a few tears you had a perfect drive into Cambridge and did us all proud 🚗🚗...

What am I going to do on a Wednesday morning now I dont have you to verbally insult me every lesson despite me just doing my best to teach you 😂😂. I'm joking, it's really been my absolute pleasure and I will miss our early starts and your dead eyes wishing you were still in bed.. 😂.

Good luck on you car search and don't forget to wave when you see me out and about, oh and don't worry I won't pop into work when you're in charge just to complain! 😉

Well done again from all at David Smith Driver Training .. 🚗🚗

Today I want to send a huge well done to my student Jenna who passed her driving test in Bury St Edmunds this afternoon..🚗🚗

Jenna, what can I say other than it's been my absolute pleasure helping you gain your licence but more importantly, it's been amazing seeing you gain more and more confidence with every drive.

I will miss seeing your smiley face every Saturday morning 🤔 and also hearing about how you're missing your lay in but on a more important note, who am I going to beat in our singing contest now?... 🤷

Keep safe on the roads and don't forget my wave when you get your car!..

It may have been cold, dark and very very wet morning but that didn't put off Sophie who was absolutely spot on with her drive, even earning praise from the examiner!.. 🚘🚘

Sophie it's been my absolute pleasure helping you gain your licence and I've loved our lessons but I'm really going to miss your stories and hearing about all the meerkats, snakes and spiders from work 😁🕷️🐍..
