Little late posting this one, but recently completed sikaplan roof in Mildenhall. Failed asphalt roof with poor drainage. Redesigned by builder and mechanical fixed membrane with liquid seal round handrail posts.

Glad to get this one completed, a once failed epdm rubber roof. Overlayed by a local Ely roofing company to a completely unacceptable incompetent standard, using panes of glass for frames, not laminated or toughened, adhered with a mastic that isn’t compatible with epdm and had broken down to have no adhesion at all. A serious accident waiting to happen.

We stripped the roof back to deck, installed a new osb3 timber deck, essential vapour control layer and new PIR insulation board, then finished with a fully adhered sikaplan PVC single ply system.

New toughened, laminated and framed flat roof skylights installed.

Dry, safe and happy customers.

Mechanical overlay of a failing single ply roof in Sutton for a private customer.

Any rotted osb board was cut out and replaced, fleece separating layer installed and mechanical fixed sikaplan to finish.
