🔨 Kitchen Plastering & Ceiling Repair – Chester

Another kitchen transformation completed for a repeat customer and first-time buyer, who’s renovating his new home room by room. This is the second room we’ve plastered for him, so it’s great to be trusted with the next stage of the renovation. 👌

The existing kitchen ceiling had suffered water damage, so we removed it, carried out the necessary repairs and overboarded the entire ceiling ready for a fresh plaster finish.

We then made good all the electrical and plumbing chases before fully skimming the kitchen walls and ceiling, leaving a smooth, clean finish ready for decorating.

Another extension wrapped up in Hoylake 🏠👷‍♂️

We’ve completed the external rendering using K Rend HP12, finished with a traditional rubbed-up finish for a clean, durable look.

The HP12 finish also gives the customer the option further down the line to apply a coloured silicone thin coat if they decide they want to change the colour or give it a fresh new look.

On the front of the extension, we also patched in pebble dash to match the existing original part of the house, helping the new extension blend seamlessly with the existing property.

Another job completed to a high standard from start to finish. 👌

Another project completed for a regular customer of over 7 years 🙌

This time, we’ve completely over-skimmed the hall, stairs and landing, giving the whole area a fresh, smooth finish ready for decorating.

The existing walls had some severe cracking, so we used reinforcement mesh before skimming to help prevent those troublesome hairline cracks from reappearing.

We also added 50mm Kingspan insulation to the ceilings before boarding, improving the thermal performance and energy efficiency of the space.

Another job completed to the same high standard our regular customers have come to expect. 👌

Another bedroom transformation completed for a repeat customer 🏠✨

Our customer is a first-time buyer renovating her new home room by room, and we were back in to give the bedroom a fresh new look with a full re-skim.

We also removed the old, dated vent and replaced it with a more modern one, giving the room that extra finishing touch.

It’s great to be part of the renovation and help bring each room up to date as the project progresses.

Kitchen/diner knock-through completed In Parkgate 🛠️

This room needed a fair bit of preparation before we could get the finish we wanted. We floated up a blocked-up doorway where there wasn’t enough room to board, filled in various chases and holes, and then gave the whole kitchen/diner a full re-skim.

All prepped and plastered, ready for the next stage of the renovation 👌
