🏡 OUTLINE PLANNING SUBMITTED | 50 NEW HOMES | ROSSENDALE

Another exciting residential development moving forward at C49 Architecture.

We’ve submitted an Outline Planning Application for up to 50 new homes in Rossendale, with a masterplan designed to make the most of the site’s natural setting.

The proposals focus on creating an attractive new neighbourhood while retaining and enhancing the landscape that makes the site unique — incorporating generous green space, existing trees and landscaping, ecological areas and the natural watercourse running through the development. 🌳🌿

The result is a carefully considered concept that brings together new homes, landscape and ecology to create a high-quality and sustainable place to live.

A fantastic scheme to get submitted, and we’re looking forward to working with Rossendale Borough Council as the application progresses.
