🏠 WE’RE HIRING – RETROFIT DESIGNER
Madison May is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Retrofit Designer to join our team.
We need someone who understands buildings, not just drawings.
You’ll be working on a varied portfolio of retrofit and refurbishment projects across the North of England and North Wales – from individual and traditional properties through to major housing programmes.
We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Carry out accurate measured site surveys
✔ Produce high-quality technical designs in Autodesk Revit
✔ Understand existing buildings, construction and Building Regulations
✔ Develop practical, buildable retrofit details
✔ Work confidently with clients, contractors and other professionals
✔ Manage their own projects and workload
✔ Potentially lead and develop a small design team as we grow
Experience of PAS 2035, retrofit, building physics, energy efficiency or low-energy construction would be a major advantage.
This isn't an entry-level CAD role. We’re looking for someone experienced, technically capable and comfortable taking responsibility for their work.
