Aird House, Upper Myrtlefield.

Standing seam roof paired with natural slate, K-Rend and natural stonework 👌🏻

The stone gables were a labour of love on this one, but definitely worth the time they took. Western Canadian larch finishes off the covered outdoor area, looking out over an amazing view.

Thanks again to Gordon & Jude for trusting Excel with their new home and to all the trades and suppliers who worked on it.

New build underway in Findhorn 🏡

Good progress on site and looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming months.

Even had the local site inspector in checking progress today 😂🐈

Maverston House externals pretty much wrapped up now and looking class 👌

Really like how this one has come together with the natural stone, slate, wet dash and sandstone detailing. A lot of work goes into getting to this stage but always worth it when you see the finished result 🏡

Friday is back! 🏡

And what a house it is.

Today we handed over Maverston House to its new owners.

This one has been all about the detail. The clients had a vision from the start and made some fantastic choices throughout and the team have done a brilliant job bringing it all together.

A huge thank you to every tradesman, supplier and everyone at Excel who worked on the project. It’s been a big team effort and I think everyone should be proud of what we’ve created.

Thank you to our clients for putting their trust in us and we wish you many happy years in your new home.

Our clients came to us looking for the right plot. We knew this one was available, helped them secure it then managed everything from working alongside the architect right through to completion 😀

Handed over back in April, on time and on budget.

They sent me this photo today. A few months on, the garden is looking great, they’ve settled in and the house has become a proper home 🏡 🥰
