Marie Curie supported my granny towards the end of her life, the care they provide to families during those times is genuinely incredible.

🔎 Recent EICR Carried Out, Safety Check Passed with Cautions

We recently carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on this property and uncovered several key issues that needed addressing:

⚠️ Old rewireable fuse board still in service – outdated and lacking RCD protection
⚠️ Signs of corrosion inside light fittings, posing safety risks
⚠️ Loose or exposed terminations and aging cabling throughout

These kinds of issues are common in older installs, and without regular checks, they can easily be missed until it’s too late.

✅ All findings were clearly recorded, recommendations given, and we’re working with the client to bring the installation up to modern safety standards.

If your property hasn’t had an EICR in the last 5–10 years (or ever!), it’s time to get booked in. Especially landlords – it’s a legal requirement every 5 years.
