Today’s office view! While we have teams locally in Moray we also have a team working over on the west coast for a regular customer of ours. We previously surveyed the estate during the winter and are now carrying out the remedial work required.

We always carry out a wildlife inspection before commencing any work at this time of year, just in case there’s nests or other protected species.

Got some great photos of some of our climbers in action in the Aberdeenshire sun, while we carried out some removal work with an electrical shutdown provided for us by SSEN.

What a start to 2026! We’ve been out with the heavy machinery in some of our jobs, removing an oak on a steep bank with a crane and felling and extraction large timber on a local estate.
We’ve also been out carrying out winter prunes on apples and pear trees and dormant broadleaves.
Enquiries are already coming in for summer hedge trimming, so get in touch to book us in for later this year.

2025 has been a fabulous year for us, we have increased our staff numbers, made new relationships, helped support local educators, volunteered with delivery of the Scottish Junior Foresters Award, and sponsored a number of local organisations, all of which wouldn’t be possible without our brilliant customers! Thank you for choosing us to help with your tree related problems and to keep Forres Tree Services increasing its ability to provide the above services and support. Also massive thank you to all of those who work tirelessly each day through both the sunniest of days and the coldest of days for FTS. We look forward to doing more in 2026!
