**Office Administrator**

We are looking for an organised Office Administrator to join our busy plumbing office.
The role required attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
-Accurately processing job sheets and maintaining records
-Handling customer bookings and responding to enquiries
-Allocating jobs to plumbers based on availability and priority
-Managing incoming emails and general correspondence
-Supporting all day to day office tasks

Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

Full time hours 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

The 4 year apprenticeship involves hands on experience with our plumbers and attendance at college to gain the relevant qualifications required to be a Plumbing & Heating Engineer.
