🏰 400 YEARS OF HISTORY, 4 PERFECT STOVES, & 1 UNSTOPPABLE TEAM! 🛠️🔥We love a challenge, but this recent project at the stunning Woodside Castle in Beith, North Ayrshire certainly put the TJBSI - Taylor Joiners Builders Stove Installers team to the test!

We were tasked with getting four stoves fully operational in this incredible 400+ year-old historic property.

To do it right, we needed to drop four massive 20-metre 316 flexible flue liners. Because of the extreme height, we brought in a cherry picker to get the job done—a massive physical effort handling liners of that length! 🍒🏗️

The Obstacles We Overcame:Correcting Dangerous "Cowboy" Work: While on-site, we uncovered a shocking safety hazard left behind by a previous installer. On two of the existing stoves, they had installed the liner adaptors completely upside down and buried them in cement! (Swipe to see the pictures of what we found).

To make matters harder, one of the historic flues was incredibly narrow and completely blocked. Instead of giving up, our team rolled up our sleeves, carefully broke through the wall to clear a safe path, and successfully ran the liner all the way down! 💪🧱

The Result?We successfully installed 2 brand-new stoves and completely pulled out, repaired, and reinstalled the 2 old stoves properly and safely!No matter how tight the space, how tall the chimney, or how bad the previous installation was, TJBSI never gives up.

Woodside Castle is now safely winter-ready, highly efficient, and filled with incredible warmth. 🪵🔥
