Ashford hockey club Plant room installation complete. This plant room originally had 2 x old Andrews water heaters for the buildings Hot water and a large floor standing cast iron boiler for the heating.
We re designed the set up and installed 2 x unvented HW cylinders heated by a small Vaillant heat only boiler. We replaced the heating boiler with a cascade system consisting of 2 x Vaillant 64 kw commercial boilers and a plate to plate heat exchanger to separate the old systems pipework to the new setup.
All fully tested and insulated ready to heat the building for next 20+ years. Thankyou to for modified the controls for us.

Been busy on one of our London projects and we’re off to a good start!
All 1st fix plumbing in, tested, insulated and labelled ready for the next phase of the Installation. UFH and plant to follow soon! ! !

1.8km of pipe and overlay boards laid this week by a full team. Fully I shelled, tested and wired and ready! One of the largest overlay systems installed to date and we did it in a record 4.5 days. Well done to my team, I am half broken and everyone put in a proper shift!
