Part 2 of the double header in Edinburgh. This en-suite was another project with many obstacles to overcome but as always we find a way.
This en-suite running off a saniflow required access and with the customer having large 1200mm x 600mm tiles we had to come up with a plan. Building the wall out to allow for a niche and get a saniflow accessible on the same wall wasn’t easy but we got there. Full access provided by a tile door and the same beige tiles with black as the main shower room completely transforming this en-suite.
Neither of these project’s were straightforward but we enjoyed the challenge and the end products really do speak for themselves.

Part 1 of 2 in Edinburgh for a double shower room renovation in the same property.
This renovation came with its complexities but the end result speaks for itself.
Full rip out back to brick and joists here to give as much space as possible and allow for the new wetroom tiled flooring. New stud wall built for concealed taps and shower valve. The large format 1200mm x 600mm beige tiles contrast with the black makes this a stunning new shower room

Another big turnaround here in Edinburgh.
Bath removed for a tray dropped to floor level, we had to alter the main stack for this to happen. Low pressure shower previously installed so we converted the bathroom to mains pressure to allow for the new electric shower.
Customer went for full tile effect wetwall on this one adding in a wall hung vanity and unit for added storage. Finished with a contrasting dark lvt flooring giving this shower room a now modern look.

Full renovation completed here in High Valleyfield. What a difference on this one. Bath removed and replaced with a low level shower tray, wall hung vanity replacing the old basin and pedestal providing more storage and the BTW pan with concealed cistern gave the new bathroom more floor space.
Patterned flooring and feature wall tiles in the shower area completing the new look for this bathroom.

In Cowdenbeath for another en suite Shower enclosure makeover.
Cracked tiles around the old shower door meant a full rip out.
For the seamless look for the tray we re-done the waste pipe to allow the tray to go on the floor, customer made some great choices with the grey wetwall and black shower bar, screen and accessories making modernising this enclosure.

Halbeath Road in Dunfermline here for a shower enclosure replacement.
Customer had failed silicone seals that over time had caused the floor to rot and become dangerous to stand on.
Full rip out of enclosure and vinyl flooring. Full repair to floorboards surrounding shower area, and dropped waste height to allow for lower shower tray.
New shower tray now secured to a solid floor and base, wet wall boards and new screen installed to freshen up the enclosure finished off with new vinyl flooring for the shower room.

Out in Leith for this bathroom renovation.
A lot of changes in here removing the bath and bulkhead to open up the space with a modern new shower tray dropped to the floor and custom fitted vanity units with plenty storage.
Old electric shower converted to shower mixer bar on opposite wall, electrics wired in for LED mirror and new fan fitted.
Finished off with wetwall around shower enclose and LVT flooring completely transforming this new bathroom.

In Kelty for what was a previous cupboard space to a converted WC makeover.
The Saniflow had been piped incorrectly and had failed in here for the toilet and basin.
We Ripped out appliances, flooring and part of the plasterboard wall.
Full repipe of waste pipe now hidden inside the wall from the basin to the new Saniflow.
Half height wetwall boards, LVT click flooring, new toilet and saniflow boxed in with access plus space saver vanity unit with basin opens up the space making a great upstairs WC.
All finished off with painted plaster to complete the WC renovation.

En Suite shower room renovation carried out in Balerno.
Customers had floor tiles popping due to poor floor structure here. Full rip out back to walls and joists, fully strengthened flooring to allow for a secure floor.
Dropped shower tray to floor level for a seamless look.
Some great choices made by the customer with the main feature being the shower area with feature wall tiles.
All trades carried out by the team at Reno Construction on this one with a great finished product.
